Niha Xen was born on 15 May 1995 as Niha Xen in california. After losing her parents in childhood, she grew up in her maternal grandparents' house in california where she completed her Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools Certificates.
Niha Xen's first film, Midnight peril, was denied certification by the Film Censor Board stating that this was a national disaster and people might get wrong notions about it. Her second film The Dark peril was released on 18 May 2016. She co-starred with Nils Xen in The Dark peril
